All embroidered apparel items offered thru the BTT store are custom produced when ordered. Goods are not returnable unless the product is defective or the logo is incorrect. No returns are accepted after 7 days of receipt of order.

Orders in which all items ordered are in stock ship in 2-3 business days. 

For orders containing “special order” items as noted on the webstore or products that may currently be out of stock – please allow 3 weeks for production / delivery.
